ONYX Műhely reopened in March 2025 with its ÆTHER concept, taking the fine dining experience to a new level. At the 16-seat communal table, guests experience the evening in two distinctly different spaces, moving from a world inspired by the past toward an imagined future.

Each evening unfolds through a carefully composed 11-course menu, where both the dishes and the overall experience represent the highest professional standards. Behind the restaurant stands the Onyx Creative Community of nearly 30 members, and we are currently looking for new team members to join us.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing desserts at a fine dining level
  • Collaborating with the kitchen and creative teams to develop new concepts
  • Experimenting with new textures, technologies, and ingredients
  • Developing seasonal and sustainability-focused desserts

What we expect from you:

  • 1–3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Genuine interest in understanding how things work — both in flavors and techniques
  • A precise, detail-oriented working style
  • An open, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
