Salary: HUF 2,850–3,200 / hour

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcome guests attentively and elegantly, creating a pleasant atmosphere from the very first moment of their arrival.
  • Build trust while taking orders, understand guests’ needs, and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Confidently recommend dishes, wines, and desserts; assist guests with their choices and highlight specialties.
  • Create memorable Gerbeaud experiences through wine and dessert pairings.
  • Monitor the flow of service at the tables, stay attentive at all times, and respond promptly to every request.
  • Remain courteous and accurate during payment procedures as well — the guest experience does not end there.
  • Ensure an organized environment during opening and closing duties — from the dining area and terrace to the storage areas, everything should be in its proper place.
  • Handle complaints politely and report any issues to the manager immediately.

What we expect from you:

  • Confident and polite communication skills in both Hungarian and English
  • Practical experience is essential, and previous experience in a similar establishment is an advantage
  • A guest-oriented, kind, and attentive attitude
  • Precise, detail-oriented, and high-quality work performance
  • Continuous interest in hospitality trends and openness to learning about new techniques and ingredients
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, while also being capable of working independently
  • Confidence, flexibility, and a dedicated approach to work
