ONYX Műhely reopened in March 2025 with its ÆTHER concept, elevating the fine dining experience to a new level. At the 16-seat communal table, guests experience the evening in two distinctly different spaces, moving from a world inspired by the past toward an imagined future.

Each evening unfolds through a carefully composed 11-step menu, where both the dishes and the overall experience represent the highest professional standards. Behind the restaurant stands the Onyx Creative Community of nearly 30 members, and we are currently looking for a new team member to join us.

Salary: HUF 500,000–600,000 / month

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Active participation in the daily kitchen operations of ONYX Műhely
  • Collaboration with members of the Onyx Creative Community in a globally unique, experimental kitchen
  • Shared thinking — some days are more classical, others more experimental, but there is always room for new ideas
  • Seasonal and sustainability-focused cooking, aligned with Green Michelin Star expectations

  • Not only wanting to cook, but also to think, develop, experiment, and contribute ideas
  • A strong interest in understanding how things work at the level of techniques, flavors, and ingredients
